The conference was of special interest to quality assurance and regulatory affairs professionals working in the regulated medical device industry, and it provided educational and networking opportunities to help shape the future of medical device advancement from a regulatory sciences perspective.
Veteran Takes on New Role as Online Student

UGA Partners with Google Books for Digital Access
November 6, 2019The University of Georgia has an abundance of resources available for online students to make for a seamless learning experience and provide support to students off campus. UGA Online has recently acquired a new distance librarian, John Prechtel, who will be available to serve the information needs of distance learning students. Prechtel serves as a library liaison to the faculty and students and helps to provide distance learners with the ability to use library resources as much as possible in the way that on-campus students do.
Adult Learning Course Shifts Professors' Perspectives

The program was developed online to extend access to people interested in earning an advanced degree in direct social work practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
